When I’m in your presence my mind is at rest. All of my doubt dissipates. My fear fades away. Every insecurity falls to the ground. You take all of these things and move them out of the way.

You give me hope. You make me brave. You restore me to whole. I could do nothing if it weren’t for your grace. You’re the only one that loves me all the way through.

I’ve done things that make me feel shame. You patiently wait for me to call out your name. My thoughts have held me captive. And you are eager to break away the chains.

You quench the driest parts of my soul. You gently touch my deepest wounds. Bringing tears to my eyes as you take and hold the pain.

You give me peace. You make me new. You restore me to whole. I could do nothing if it weren’t for your grace. You’re the only one that loves me all the way through.
