It’s a love that always meets me where I am. It gently touches my wounds. Working diligently to heal the pain. All the while telling me I am not alone.

It’s a love that tells me I am precious. As I was purchased in exchange for your torment. And my name is written on your scars. Which you proudly proclaim.

It’s a love that covers all of my doubt. As your love constantly calls me by my name. Reminding me that I am fearfully and wonderfully made.

Your love is incomprehensible. It can never be contained. Constantly transforming the things I thought could never be changed. Teaching me you forever desire that I don’t merely remain the same.

It’s a love that makes me whole. As it connects all of the fragments of my soul. Ensuring there are no spaces for the enemy to invade. It’s a love that is always waiting when I wander. Rejoicing when I return to your embrace. Cradling me as I again give you my shame. Your love is incomprehensible. It can never be contained. Constantly transforming the things I thought could never be changed. Teaching me you forever desire that I don’t merely remain the same.
